Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activities.
Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with business growth, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities.
Oversee content development for social media, website, blogs, and marketing collaterals in coordination with content and design teams.
Drive inbound and outbound marketing initiatives including digital campaigns, email marketing, advertising, and industry events.
Monitor campaign performance, track key KPIs, and optimize for better ROI and lead quality.
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and agencies to ensure timely execution of projects.
Plan and manage exhibitions, product launches, and branding activities to improve market visibility.
Explore innovative ideas, tools, and channels to improve marketing effectiveness and engagement.

Qualifications

6–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
2+ years of experience in team leadership or mentoring.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and lead generation.
Good analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
